Lola Askarova
is in the process of completing MScA program in Marketing at John Molson School of Business, Concordia University. She has a hands-on experience as an advertising manager, market researcher and analyst, journalist, and business consultant. Ms Askarova is currently working as a business consultant, a research assistant and a teaching assistant, and she is also an MScA program representative. Her achievements include several business consulting projects successfully completed, a number of articles published and a string of research papers in the domain of marketing and advertising.

Ms Askarova has expertise in the areas of marketing research, advertising campaign planning and design, competitive intelligence and analysis, promotion planning and design, PR and publicity campaigns preparation, corporate style and image, positioning, marketing planning, strategic planning and business development. Her broad interests include a number of advertising, marketing, design, and research related issues.

Lloyd Bartlet
Lloyd is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), having managed a wide variety of projects over the past 25 years. As a professional engineer he began his career in the management of large scale construction projects, including James Bay hydroelectric. He then earned a scholarship and returned to university to continue his focus and specialization on financial cost control and earned value methods. Following his graduation with an MBA from Queen`s University, he spent several years consulting in the implementation of scheduling and cost control systems on several major projects across Canada. He has since conducted project management initiatives in numerous industries and settings, including productivity improvement (CP Rail), procurement cost tracking (Canadair), and supplier `Partnership` Program Management with IATA. Lloyd has been providing training in project management for approximately 15 years, offering both full courses and workshops at McGill university as well as in private industry.

Michael Berman
was educated at SIR GEORGES WILLIAMS university and then continued his studies by receiving an A.A.S. diploma in Management Engineering Technology from the Fashion Institute Of Technology in New York City In 1972.
Mr.Berman, having worked as an industrial engineer and management consultant, has extensive experience in the sewn products industry with projects that include the development plus installation of piecework and other incentive systems, time and motion study, programs of productivity improvement and cost reduction, plant layout and design, machine selection and assessment and quality enhancement programs. He also worked as a professor, teaching industrial courses at La Salle College. Recent assignments have been in food processing and wooden pallet assembly and reprocessing.

Jacques Brault
Mr. Brault's educational background include:Bachelor in Applied Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, option in Industrial Engineering, École Polytechnique de Montréal. Bachelor of Arts, Collège de Saint-Laurent, Montréal. Other training include: Total Quality Control, Value Added Manufacturing, basic programming, the Exceptional Manager Program and Developing Manufacturing's Competitive Potential. Mr. Brault is a mechanical engineer specialized in industrial engineering. He is a member of the order of engineers of Quebec.

He has worked in the fashion industry since 1970 as project engineer, director of engineering, director of quality control and director of production. He is a recognized specialist in management of apparel production, introduction of new technologies, quality control and just-in-time processes. In his work experience Mr, Brault has successfully undertaken numerous assignments in both the academic field as well as private and public practice.

Due to his diverse world experience and education Mr. Brault is fluently conversant in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. As well he is competent in written French, English and Spanish.

Miloud Kacem
Mr. Kacem's educational background include: Mechanical Engineering, Micro Computer Application, Computer Graphics. After working on mechanical engineering studies, Mr. Kacem has worked as a designer and project manager in an engineering consulting office. He was among the first persons using a CAD/CAM system for design and simulation. From the beginning of 1990, M. Kacem has advised numerous companies in establishing in-house training programs helping clients in the use of current computer application software. Mr. Kacem has acted as a teacher , lecturer to numerous students over a ten year period primarily in the French language, which is his mother tongue. Mr. Kacem has acted as a consultant for Canadian international companies including projects financed by international banks: e.g. World Bank, ISF, BIRD …). In current assignments with Steve Woloz Associates, Mr. Kacem has been acting as a staff consultant in the areas of Management Coaching and Electronic Data Interchange.

Danny Kroo
Is a graduate engineer of the order of engineers of the Province of Quebec. He has extensive experience in in Quality Assurance , Project Management, and Industrial Engineering. Mr. Kroo has become an ISO 9000 specialist and has successfully led 28 companies to ISO certification. In the process, he has taken and successfully passed the Lead Assessor/ Assessor Training course provided by SGS INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION SERVICES LTD.

Taoufik Oualhadj
is an MBA graduate with a concentration in Finance and Strategy, from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University. Prior to that, he had a bachelor in Finance and Accounting.

Mr Oualhadj is a business partner at the Concordia Small Business Consulting Bureau, where his responsibilities include mainly the development of business plans, strategic planning, and financial analysis for start-ups and expanding companies, both in the manufacturing and services fields. In addition, he has several years of experience with Procter & Gamble where his responsibilities included treasury analysis, product analysis, and profit forecasting.

Steve Woloz
(BSC MC GILL 1965; AAS ME F.I.T. NYC 1966) has extensive experience in Industrial Engineering. His initial field of specialization has been the sewn products industry with assignments involving sewing plus cutting room engineering. Typical assignments have included methods plus workplace improvement, time and motion study, piece rate establishment, productivity improvement, plant layout plus design. In addition Mr. Woloz has given training seminars to more than 500 individuals. As an accredited trainer from the S.Q.D.M. MR. WOLOZ has advised numerous companies in establishing in-house training programs complying with the requirements for Bill 90. In 1997 Mr. Woloz was retained by the Association Of Jean Manufacturers Of The Province of Quebec to conduct a benchmarking study on the training times for all production jobs within this sector. In more recent years assignments have been carried out in food processing, plastics, metal shops, plus electronics. Steve Woloz Associates INC. was founded in 1974 by Steve Woloz .
